Denise has extensive experience in all types of residential sales, from condo to single-family resale to new construction, representing sellers and buyers. She was part of a 3-person team that SOLD OUT two new-construction condominium developments in Peninsular Halifax – Southport and Harris East.

Denise is a committed volunteer, and has served on the Standard Forms Committee of the NS Real Estate Commission, and the NS Association of REALTORS® as a member of the Education, By-law, and Technology Committees. She has served on the Boards of 2b Theatre and Festival Antigonish, as well as the Board of Sacred Heart School of Halifax.

X grad (BBA), theatre lover, proud Haligonian and Antigonisher. Enjoys life with her husband, Michael, and puppies Duke ‘n’ Glenn. Mum of two extraordinary young women, Flynn and Rory.
